How It Works!
Step 1: Fill Out the Order Form
Complete the order form with as much detail as possible. This helps ensure your illustration turns out exactly how you envision it. Be sure to include:
- Size preference
- Background details
- Special requests (dates, names, colors, etc.)
- Shipping information (if applicable)
The more detail you provide, the better!
Step 3: Provide a Photo (or Let Me Help You Find One)
You have two options:
Option A: Send Your Own Photo
- Email or upload a clear, high-resolution image.
- Make sure details are not blurry or cropped.
Option B: Let Me Find One for You
- If you don’t have the perfect image, I can help select one based on your description.
- I will send you the chosen reference for approval before beginning.
Step 4: Confirm Your Final Picture
Before I begin illustrating, I will send you the final reference image for approval.
✔ Please review carefully.
✔ Confirm that all details are correct.
Once payment is received & you have confirmed the picture, work will begin.
Because the illustration is created based on your approved image, no refunds are available after confirmation.
Important Policies
- Work will not begin unless payment is received & you have confirmed the picture
- Expect 1–3 week turnaround after picture confirmation
- Urgent requests accepted but not guaranteed
- No refunds after image confirmation
- Final artwork reflects the approved reference image
